Alan Graham founder and co-director of Livewell Property Investment Solutions with Janice Clarke my business partner. We work to buy and refurbish properties for people to live in as well for investors and to let or sell.

 

I have lengthy experience in creative property acquisition and management as well as in adapting property to meet the needs of buyers and tenants and in particular social care services. I still get huge satisfaction from turning an old wreck of a building into a home someone can enjoy.
